Aubrey is a case manager for the FSW, CIH & ADW Medicaid waivers. Aubrey is passionate about connecting people to inclusive places and events and with necessary resources. She is married to her husband, Garrison, and has one daughter, Emma.

Elizabeth is a passionate and dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a wealth of experience working with children and individuals with neurodivergent conditions. In 2018, she took a bold step forward and founded E Behavior Solutions LLC, a company, located in Greenfield, dedicated to offering comprehensive ABA services to high-risk children in foster care, individuals with ASD, and those eligible for Medicaid Waiver services.

Paul is a father/guardian to an adult son who is on the autistic spectrum. He has over 20 years of experience with serving various non-profit boards and is passionate about advocating for the marginalized parts of society; particularly, children and adults with special needs.

Phyllis brings a deep personal connection to her role on the Board as several of her family members have disabilities. She is passionate about being a part of an organization that creates inclusive and loving environments where individuals with disabilities and their families can discover a sense of belonging, personal growth and new friends.

Michael has been an Employment Consultant for the Community Employment Services
Department of Shares, Inc., a regional non-profit, including Hancock County. His goal is to increase programs and services for individuals with disabilities of all ages. He is a proponent of guided-decision making, self-advocacy, people first philosophies, and life-long learning. He was married to his wife, Susanne, for thirty years. Susanne was legally blind for the last five years of her life. Mike is also the father of Victoria, who has been disabled since birth, twenty-four years ago.

Janet is joining the Hancock County Arc board in January of 2025. She recently retired and is passionate about volunteering and helping those with disabilities.

Grayson is a journalist with the Daily Reporter and a proud self-advocate with autism. While studying at Ball State University, he discovered the power of storytelling and authored “My Autism is Not a Tragedy.” Today, Grayson leads Self Advocates of Hancock County, using his voice to build connections, share his journey, and ensure individuals with disabilities are heard and valued.

Toni is the mother of a child on the autism spectrum and a leader in behavioral healthcare. She is passionate about advocacy, inclusion, and building strong community connections, and looks forward to supporting our mission.
Darla comes from a big family and loves to be around people. She has experience as an accountant, with payroll and human resources-related skills. She has worked with children at her church and belongs to the Hancock Extension Homemakers. Additionally, she and her husband love animals and enjoys watching their granddaughter and supporting the special needs 4H program - Hancock PossABILIITES.

Brandy was adopted into the Rector family where she lived with three brothers in Greenwood, Indiana. She's also spent time in Washington, DC and graduated from Center Grove High School in Richmond, IN. In 2021, Brandy and her family moved to Hancock County where she enjoys attending a day program, spending time with her family and loved ones.
